I have been a patient for many years and have always had a great service from you all. Today was especially good. I saw Dr Green this morning and he was polite, considerate, was very explanatory and reassuring, even showing me pictures and explaining that I was okay and what to look out for in the future. I arrived feeling worried and left reassured.

|I think the Practice has it about right. Friendly and efficient reception staff, appointments always available at short notice in emergencies, the telephone appointment scheme is a great time saver, as is the facility for taking your own blood pressure and it being entered automatically onto your patient record. The new building with its space to expand shows great foresight – built for tomorrow, not just for today.|
