We realise that the Coronavirus COVID-19 Pandemic is a very frightening situation for all of us, but we are following the Government’s instructions with regard to self-isolation and social distancing and we want you to do the same to stay safe.
Due to the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, we are experiencing an overwhelming number of telephone calls. We ask that you only ‘phone if your enquiry cannot wait. We are trying to deal with all enquiries as they happen, but some calls will go onto a ‘waiting’ list and you will be contacted as quickly as possible.
Please do not come down to the surgery if you cannot get through on the telephone, but keep trying.
If you have been asked to attend the Surgery by one of our clinicians, on arrival in our car park please stay in your car until the clinician you are seeing contacts you on your mobile. If someone has come with you, please do not bring them into the surgery.
Do not come down to the surgery if you have not been given an appointment.
Allow at least 7 days for your order to be ready and please do not come to the surgery to check otherwise you will be turned away.
It will help us and you and if you sign up to the NHS App (available via your usual App store) as this will enable you to order prescriptions, book a telephone appointment etc. If you have elderly relatives, please can you help them with this and arrange for their prescriptions to be collected for them so they can stay at home.
